How We Charge

Boarding charges are calculated similar to human hotels; you are charged for a full day when your pets are checked in, regardless of the check-in time.

Our checkout time is 11:00 AM; you will not be charged an additional day if your pets are picked up by 11:00 a.m. on regular business days.

Payment is collected at pick up in form of CASH or CHECK. *We DO NOT accept DEBIT CARDS and/or CREDIT CARDS*

Holiday Fee*

One time $5 dollar charge is added to total boarding charges. Any reservation for holiday weeks whether on holiday or not.

Spring Break Fee*

One time $10 dollar charge added to boarding charges during 2 week spring break period.

We kindly ask that clients give a 36-hour notice for any boarding cancellations. Failure to cancel 36 hours in advance will result in $25.00 fee. No call/No shows will result in a $25.00 charge per night reserved for dog reservation and $17.00 per night for cat reservations. For non-holidays and spring break periods.

Due to over $40,000 lost to holiday and spring break cancellations, a minimum of 50% of days reserved will be charged regardless of reason. Failure to call and cancel or not show up, will result in you being charged the full amount for the dates and times you had reserved.

Our facilities are climate controlled, including in-floor radiant heat and air conditioning.

Boarding Requirements

For the protection of your pet(s), other boarding pets and our staff, we require that dogs and cats are up to date on the following:

• Dogs: DHLPP, Bordetella, Rabies Vaccine (must be current or vaccinated no less than 3 days prior to boarding)
• Cats: FVRCP, Rabies Vaccine, Feline Leukemia

Medication We will administer veterinarian prescribed medications to your dog as part of our daily kennel routine. We will not charge extra for the single administration of simple medications (e.g. passing a pill). However, should your dog require more extensive medications ( e.g. ear drops, eye drops, etc) a fee of $0.50 will be charged for each administration.
